Belinda Ann Mooneyhan was born on January 3, 1947, in Hayti, Missouri. She passed away in Kennett, Missouri on January 15, 2026. She was 79 years of age.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ray and Tommy Owens, husband: John Mooneyhan, one daughter, Suzanne Arrington, and 2 brothers, Larry and Bobby Owens.

Belinda was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and aunt. She spent 40 years teaching young children with kindness and care, sharing her love of learning with countless students. She was a member of Wardell First Baptist Church. Belinda enjoyed Traveling and exploration, arts and crafting, and clever invention.

She is survived by her:

Children: Janet (Michael) Massey of Paragould, AR.

John Mooneyhan of Wardell, MO.

Karen Mooneyhan (Trevor Whitman) of Denver, CO.

7 Grandchildren: Austin, Noah, Ashley, Alicia, Amber, John, and Jamie.

And many beloved great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. on January 20, 2026, at the John W. German Funeral Home Chapel in Hayti with Stephen Watkins officiating.  Burial was in Pemiscot Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
