Berl Alan Buchanan was born in Wardell, Missouri on September 20, 1947. He passed away on October 13, 2024, at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. He was 77 years of age.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Clarence and Muriel Buchanan, his brother: William "Bill" Buchanan, and two brother-in-laws: George Hall and Ronnie Wilson.

He was a loving father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. He retired from Noranda Aluminum, where he worked for many years. Mr. Buchanan had a wonderful sense of humor. He enjoyed collecting die-cast muscle cars and reading on his computer.

He leaves the following behind to cherish his memory:

2 Sisters: Sharron Hall of Wardell, MO.

Julie Wilson of Springfield, MO.

3 Grandchildren: Cooper, Bentley, and Lillian

And a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
