Madeleine Carol (Jackson) Bray, age 82, of Holland Missouri, passed away on April 9, 2025, at St. Francis Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee surrounded by her loved ones.

Carol was born to Less and Claudine Jackson of Holland Missouri on April 7, 1943, in Blytheville, Arkansas. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister. Carol Bray was a member of the Holland Baptist Church, she was an amazing woman, a brilliant artist who could make anything and seemed bigger than life. It was like she always had a plan and if she didn't, she knew God had a plan and he would take care of her. She was the best mother anyone could ask for, the best friend, the best champion in your corner. She never knew the words give up and that's something she strived to teach everyone she came in contact within life. There was never anything too big or too small that she didn't take her time with and figure it out.

She is preceded in death by her parents, sister Glenda Hale and her youngest son Brian Poplin Sr.

Carol is survived by her husband Ronnie Bray and her eldest son Eddie Poplin, her Grandchildren Jade Poplin, Brian Poplin Jr., Grant Poplin, Heather Pritchard, Veronica Poplin-Mendoza, Tiffany Powell, Jonathan Williams, and CJ Poplin, and 13 great-grandchildren. Her brother Danny Jackson and her sister Brenda Hubbard, plus many more extended family members.

Memorial service will be held at Holland Baptist Church in Holland Missouri on Monday April 21, 2025, at 12:00 pm with Brother John Earl Dunavant officiating. A visitation will be held be held from 11-12 the same day.
