Cleo Brown was born on November 27, 1961, in Hayti, Missouri. He passed away on April 15, 2024, in Dexter, Missouri. He was 62 years of age.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Oather and Syble (Dill) Brown, 2 brothers: Oather Don "Jr." Brown, and Ronnie Dale Brown, one sister: Patricia Brown, one nephew: Aaron Nicolaus Gawthrop, and daughter-in-law: Tori Michelle Bryant.

Cleo was a St. Louis Cardinals fan, and an avid pool player playing in various leagues.  He played in the Pioneer Pool League in 2013, the Semo Rec Leagues Division 026, and Mid America APA Leagues Division 026 winning Chamioships in both leagues in 2015.  Cleo also went on to play in Las Vegas, Nevada in 2011 in the APA eight-ball classic.

Funeral services were held Monday, April 22, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at the John W. German Funeral Home in Hayti, MO. with Brother Doug Wahls officiating. Burial was in Wardell Cemetery in Wardell, MO.
