Dorothy Maxine Nail was born March 20, 1944, in Hayti, Missouri. She passed away on September 28, 2022, at St. Bernard's Medical Center in Jonesboro, Arkansas. She was 78 years, 6 months, and 8 days of age.

She was preceded in death by her parents: John and Lillie Bass, husband: Edward "Doodle" Nail, daughter: Dana Rousell, siblings: Helen, George, Ann, John, and Lloyd.

Dorothy was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was a sweet lady with a kind heart. She would give the shirt off her back to anyone in need. She loved going to yard sales on Saturday's. She would often take her grandkids along when they were younger. She would be up at 5 a.m. to get there before everyone else so they could get all the deals! Dorothy loved her family and enjoyed every minute she was able to spend with them. She will be dearly missed.

4 Great Grandchildren: Hayden Cornwell, Michael Rousell,

Molly Rousell, and Shaun Bailey

And a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.

Memorial services were held October 3, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at the Dry Bayou Baptist Church in Concord, MO. with Pastor LeRon Braswell officiating. Inurnment was in Dry Bayou Cemetery in Concord.
