Frankie Lou Gaines Kelley was born in Sardis, Tennessee on November 15, 1932. She passed away on April 28, 2023, at Southgate Living Center in Caruthersville, Missouri. She was 90 years of age.

She was preceded in death by her parents: James and Sarah (Hunt) Redden, 6 brothers, 2 sisters, and one son: James Gaines.

Frankie was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother. She was a member of the Apostolic Lighthouse Church in Steele, Missouri. She enjoyed crocheting, cooking, reading her Bible, and watching Westerns. She also loved spending time with her family.

She leaves the following behind to cherish her memory:

Daughter: Bonnie Quick of Hayti, MO.

Son: Carl (Paula) Gaines of Corning, AR.

10 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and 1 great great great granddaughter

And a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Funeral services were held on May 1, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at the Apostolic Lighthouse Church in Steele, MO. with Pastor Ezeriah Gorley officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery in Hayti, MO.
