Herman Christopher Thompson, 44, of Hayti, Missouri, passed away on April 17, 2026, in Hayti, Missouri.

He was born on July 16, 1981, in Hayti, Missouri.

Herman was a devoted father, family member, and friend. He will be remembered for his kindness, his presence in the lives of those he loved, and the many memories he created with family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Lori Thompson.

He leaves to cherish his memory his children: Ryan Thompson of Caruthersville, Missouri, and Alex Thompson of Poplar Bluff, Missouri.

He is also survived by his uncles: Lee Thompson of Hayti, Missouri, and Les Thompson and his wife Debbie of Portageville, Missouri, along with a host of nieces, nephews, and many friends.

Herman's life touched many, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
