James Ray Davis was born in Hayti, Missouri on August 7, 1974. He passed away on August 16, 2024, at the Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee. He was 50 years and 9 days of age.

He was preceded in death by his parents: James Paul Davis of Memphis, TN. And Mary L. McWilliams of Caruthersville, MO.

James grew up in Caruthersville, MO. He attended Cauthersville High School.

He leaves the following behind to cherish his memory:

Brother: Belton McWilliams (Rita) of Caruthersville, MO.

Sister: Yvonne Underwood (Anthony) of Pleasant View, TN.

6 Grandchildren: Maci and Maddox of West Plains, MO.

Jasmine, Jesse, Judith, and Elizabeth of Caruthersville, MO.

And a host of other relatives and friends.

Graveside services were held Tuesday, August 20, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at Maple Cemetery in Caruthersville, MO. with Brother Kenny Lee officiating. Burial was also in Maple Cemetery in Caruthersville.
