Joseph Lynn Young was born on October 8, 1962, in Hayti, Missouri. He passed away on February 13, 2026, at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. He was 63 years of age.

He was preceded in death by his parents: W.D. and Ardell Young, and 6 siblings: Doris Womble, Larry Young, JoAnn Summers, Linda Hill, Kathy Parrish, and Cyndi Wells

Joe enjoyed fishing, boating, and baseball. He also loved spending time with his grandson, Chancellor and his dogs and cat.

He leaves the following behind to cherish his memory:

Daughter: Jennifer Young

4 Siblings: Jerry Young, Jim (Ewanda) Young, Doyle (Beverly) Young, and Kaye (Dewayne) Williams

2 Grandchildren: Chancellor DeLassus and Tristan Forguson

And a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
