Lauren Nicole Greenwell was born January 20, 1984, in Memphis, Tennessee. She passed away peacefully at her home in Hayti, Missouri surrounded by her family and loved ones on April 26, 2025. She was 41 years of age.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents: J.W. and Nadine Richardson and Ronnie and Helen Greenwell.

Lauren was a sweet and loving daughter, sister, and friend. She was a graduate of Oak View Learning Center Class of 2005. She enjoyed dancing, listening to music, and playing with her pets. She also loved spending time with her sister, Amanda, Mom, Sheila, and Dad, Tommy.

She leaves the following behind to cherish her memory:

Father: Tommy (Stephanie) Greenwell of Hayti, MO.

6 Siblings: Amanda, Brennan, Aubrey, John Cooper, Harper, and Eden Greenwell all of Hayti, MO.

And a host of special family, friends, and caregivers.

Graveside services were held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 29, 2025, in Woodlawn Cemetery in Hayti, MO. with Brother Doug Wahls officiating.

Pallbearers were Pemiscot County Sheriff Deputies.  Interment was in Woodlawn Cemetery in Hayti.
