Mildred Rose Risner was born on April 26, 1939 in Hartford City, Indiana. She left this world to be with her Lord and Savior on June 1, 2025. She was 86 years of age.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Albert R. and Ina Futrell, one son: Gregory Dale Mann, and husband and father of her children: Jack L. Mann.

Mildred was saved in 1974 and was a member of Kinfolks Ridge Baptist Church. She loved serving her Lord and looked forward to listening to her son, who was also her pastor, preach. She was a loving and nurturing mother, wife, and mammaw. She was greatly loved and will be missed by many.

She is survived by her husband Larry Risner of Hayti, MO and 4 children, Daniel Mann of Gosnell, AR, Gary Mann (Cindy) of Gosnell, AR, Teresa Sanders (Paul) of Fairdealing, MO, and Pam Mann of Manhattan, KS. Ten grandchildren including Candise Jarboe, Candice Pate (Rush), Elizabeth Lemke, Christina Beard (Dwain), and Michael Perkins. Also many great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, bonus children, and friends.

Funeral Services were held on Thursday, June 5, 2025 at the John W. German Funeral Home in Hayti, MO. Services were conducted by Brother Gary Mann. Intermet followed services at Dry Bayou Cemetery in Concord, Missouri.
