Morris Lee Williams was born January 1, 1925 in Hayti, MO.  He passed away September 13, 2024 in Poplar Bluff, MO.  He was 99 years, 8 month, and 12 days of age.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Bert and Effie Williams, 2 brothers, Dale and Vaughn Williams, and one sister, Betty Cross.

Morris attended the Calvary Baptist Church in Hayti, and was a World War II Army Air Corp Veteran serving in Burma.  He was a longtime polished golfer, and fisherman.  Morris loved and appreciated his friends, neighbors, and showed that attention always.  He was always kind and respectful.

He is survived by one brother Gary Williams of Omaha, Nebraska.

And a host of nieces, nephews, and many friends.

Graveside services will be held Monday, September 23, 2024, at 2 p.m. in Pemiscot Memorial Gardens Cemetery with Brother Doug Wahls officiating.
