Peggy Juanita Jackson was born in McCree, Arkansas on April 26, 1941. She passed away on August 9, 2023, in Kennett, Missouri. She was 82 years of age.

She was preceded in death by her parents: William and Lena (DeWitt) Gordon, brother: JW Gordon, sisters: Muriel Heffley, Emma Jean Crouch, Bonnie Thomas, Ruby Smith, Mary Thomas, and the love of her life and life partner Louise "Blackie" Hall.

Peggy was a loving mother and grandmother. She loved reading, going to yard sales, and spending time with her family and friends.

She leaves the following behind to cherish her memory:

Zach Jackson of Fort Worth, TX.

5 Great Grandchildren: Parker and Abbie Gordon, Ryan Thompson, Levi Wheatley all of Caruthersville, MO. and Abigail Obstarczyk of Jackson, MI.

And a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Memorial Services were held Saturday, August 19, 2023, at 2:00 p.m., in the John W. German Funeral Home Chapel in Hayti, with Brother Doug Wahls officiating.  Inurnment was in Woodlawn Cemetery in Hayti.
