Rose Elaine
Emary
Feb 20, 1959 — Aug 4, 2026
With both heavy hearts and the blessed assurance of eternal life through Jesus Christ, we celebrate the life of Rose Elaine Emary, who entered into the presence of her Lord and Savior on August 4, 2026, at the age of 67.
Rose was a woman whose life reflected perseverance, love, and quiet strength. Through life's joys and challenges, she touched the hearts of those around her with her caring spirit and the love she shared with family and friends. While her earthly journey has come to an end, her legacy of love and the memories she created will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew her.
For those who share her faith, there is comfort in knowing that Rose has exchanged the limitations of this earthly life for the perfection of Heaven. She now walks freely in the presence of her Savior, where there is no more pain, suffering, or sorrow, only everlasting peace and joy.
Rose is lovingly survived by her son, Wesley Emary of Hernando, Mississippi; her sister, Paula Hartman of Horn Lake, Mississippi; her brother, James Cook (Wanda) of San Antonio, Texas; along with 14 nieces and nephews and 20 great-nieces and great-nephews, all of whom will cherish her memory and the impact she made on their lives.
She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Edward Cook and Rosie Cook, as well as her brothers, Larry Cook and Paul Cook.
Although our hearts grieve her absence, we rejoice in God's promise that those who trust in Him will have eternal life. We look forward to the day when we will be reunited with Rose, where every tear will be wiped away, and we will worship our Savior together forever.
"He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away." — Revelation 21:4 Rose will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and forever held in the hearts of all who knew and loved her
Graveside service will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, August 8, 2026, at Woodlawn Cemetery in Hayti, MO, with Bro. Doug Wahls officiating. Interment will also be in Woodlawn Cemetery
