Timmy Lee Jones was born February 16, 1978, to Willie Sue Jones and the late Ellis Hollywood.

Timmy was born in Kennett, MO. He was raised in Hayti, MO and attended school there, but eventually relocated and called Steele MO his home where he was a stranger to no one. Timmy loved his family; you could count on him to find something to do. Whether it was a fishing trip, playing dominoes and cards, or sitting in the yard telling jokes, Timmy was always able to bring a smile to anyone's face. By enjoying every moment of life, Timmy left memories that will forever be cherished.

Timmy departed this life on March 15, 2022. He was preceded in death by his father, Ellis Hollywood, and brother Donnie Griffin. He leaves to cherish his memory his son Tristen Jones, mother Willie Sue Jones, stepfather Terry Wright, brothers Mark (Macessa) Jones, Rodney (Alfreda) Jones, and Booker (Elizabeth) Griffin, sister Barbara (Carlos) Tillman, Aunt Pearlie Beales, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Funeral services were held March 26, 2022, at 12:00 Noon at the Divine Holiness Outreach Center in Caruthersville, Missouri. with Prophetess Joann Bell officiating. Burial was held in Evergreen Cemetery in Hayti, MO. Pallbearers were Rodney Jones, Mark Jones, Rockey Joyner, Kelly Brown, Levester Rhines, and Terry Wright. Honorary Pallbearers were Michael and LaSilas Smith, Marquis Jones, Andre Abbott, Carlos Tillman, and Tony Rhines.
