Tresa Lynn Bennett of Pascola, Missouri was born March 5, 1961, to the late Troy and Bonnie Vaughn at Hayti, Missouri. She passed away on June 12, 2022, at SSM St. Louis University Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. She was 61 years, 3 months, and 7 days of age.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Troy and Bonnie (McLemore) Vaughn.

Tresa was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister.  She was united in marriage to Dewey Bennett on September 24, 1980, they have been married 42 years. She was the care giver of her family. She loved taking care of her loved ones. Tresa enjoyed going to yard sales and finding things she could use as craft projects. She also loved spending time with her family, especially her grandbabies.

She leaves behind the following to cherish her memory:

Amber (RJ) Nelson of Pascola, MO.

Stepdaughters: Brandi Bennett of Kennett, MO.

Marissa Lesley of Lesterville, MO.

Brother: Tony Vaughn of Braggadocio, MO.

Grandchildren: Dustin, Haley, Aylah, Abby, Michael, Hunter, Rylee, Lydia

And a host nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Funeral services were held June 17, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at the John W. German Funeral in Hayti, MO. with Pastor Danny Neal officiating. Burial was in Woodlawn Cemetery in Hayti, MO. Pallbearers were David Greer, Matt Greer, Carson Wyatt, Dustin Flint, RJ Nelson, and Buford Barnett.
