Troy Anthony (Tony) Moore was born on October 13, 1965, in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. He passed away on March 10, 2023, at Southgate Living Center in Caruthersville, Missouri. He was 57 years, 4 months, and 28 days of age.

He was preceded in death by his father: James Robert "Jiggs" Moore, grandparents: Amos and Pearl Keith and Troy and Izola Moore, and one nephew: Nathan Moore.

Troy worked at Arcosa for 25 years. He loved building and working on computers. He enjoyed playing computer games and watching Nascar. He also enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

He leaves the following behind to cherish his memory:

Mother: Shirley Moore of Hayti, MO.

Sister: Tonya (Terry) Welch of Hayti, MO.

Nephew: Cody Sherwood of Hayti, MO.

And a host of other relatives, friends, and coworkers at Arcosa.

Funeral services were held March 14, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. at the John W. German Funeral home in Hayti, MO. with Brother Doug Wahls officiating. Burial was in Dry Bayou Cemetery in Concord, MO. Pallbearers were Allen Lee, Everett Blankenship, Jeff Vavale, Richie Ferrell, Randy Ralston, and Stewart Houart.
