Vickie Rae Selvidge, age 57, of Hayti, Missouri, passed away on June 3, 2026, in Paragould, Arkansas.

Born on December 16, 1968, in Hayti, Missouri, Vickie was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and friend whose warm heart and caring spirit touched the lives of many. She was a member of Agape Church and was a longtime member of the Eagles Club in Hayti, Missouri.

Vickie found great joy in singing karaoke, spending time with her grandchildren, and staying connected with family and friends through phone calls and visits. Her loved ones will always remember the way she brightened their days with her kindness, laughter, and genuine concern for others. She also enjoyed collecting and selling Tupperware, a pastime that brought her much happiness.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Margaret Shuburte; her father, Desmond Dutch Shuburte; and her former husband, Lester Selvidge.

Vickie is survived by her 2 daughters, Jessica Rae Selvidge-Swanson and husband, Josh Swanson, and Callie Rae Selvidge. She is also survived by her cherished grandchildren, Wyatt Jones, Westin Jones, Tanner, and Lakelyn Swanson, and Layla Selvidge.

She leaves behind her siblings, Margie Hinesly (Steve Hinesly), Dewey (Debbie) Shuburte, Wanda (Greg) Avitts, Tinna (Bill) Hoffmann, and Samantha (Aaron) Barrett, along with many other relatives and friends who will miss her dearly.

Vickie's memory will live on through the love she shared, the friendships she treasured, and the family she held close to her heart.

Funeral Services were held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 9, 2026, in the John W. German Funeral Home Chapel in Hayti with Bro. Doug Wahls officiating.
